At first glance, NHL 2000 resembles last year's graphically stunning feast for the eyes, but does include multiple visual upgrades such as crisper player models and better animation. After playing NHL 2000 for a game or two, especially in one of the television-style camera modes, you'll find it hard to distinguish from the real thing.
