From the Elite series, the Beverage Air SPED48-12M-2 48" mega top sandwich / salad prep table with one door and two drawers is designed to keep your freshest toppings and ingredients close at hand at food-safe holding temperatures. Its high-capacity refrigeration system boasts an optimized airflow pattern that cools the pans from the bottom for more even temperature distribution and improved performance. The top section can hold up to six 1/6 size food pans plus two 1/2 size pans up to 4" deep. Each top heavy duty drawer can hold one 4" deep food pan, while the bottom drawers each hold one full size food pan up to 6" deep. Next to the drawers, the door section provides additional storage space for backup toppings and ingredients, and comes with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves.
